**For personalization, please list first name, middle name (if using), font style(s), colors for decor and the background stain color.

**Material used is 1/2" total backer in birch wood and 1/8" decor and letters.

**Sizing: 24" Round

**Digital proofs can be provided if requested and are recommended to make sure name is spelled accurately and colors are correct.  If you would like to see a proof, you make request it in the personalization options box and provide a phone number we can text to.  If we do not receive a response to the proof within 24 hours of when it is sent, we will assume all is correct and proceed ahead.
